Nundah Criterium Relays 2023

Our young cheer squad was in full cry at what was a terrific event today at the Nundah Criterium Relays cheering on not only our runners but all other teams as well in a fantastic display of sportsmanship.

We had three teams get into the placings:

  • Under 13 Girls (2nd – Eliza Preston, Annie Schweitzer, Lucy Schweitzer)
  • Undet 16 Girls (2nd – Katie Bray, Laura Bray, Phoebe Schweitzer)
  • Under 16 Boys (3rd – Nick Bray, Alex Carey, Alistair Schweitzer)

A big thanks to Phil Hungerford and the organisers and all the other teams who competed as well as our own athletes for their contributions and extreme enthusiasm.

Our Under 13 Girls team of Eliza, Annie and Lucy were a surprise packet finishing in second place.
Our Under 16 Girls team of Laura, Phoebe and Katie looked very strong in finishing in second place.
Our Under 16 Boys team of Alistair, Nick and Tom were giving away a few years to their rivals but still managed an excellent third placing.
