We had long suspected Toowong Harriers of leaving a water pipe flowing on to their cross country courses and today Course Manager Bruce Jones actually admitted it was happening in Round 2 of the SEQ Cross Country Series at Biami Yumba Park at Fig Tree Pocket, inadvertently helping to produce an even trickier technical challenge for runners.

Toowong President Ross Anderson also claimed to have used his connections to organise a rainbow for the last race in the day as well.
Although a number of our runners ended resting up with heavy school programmes, there were still some very good runs including a strong second place to Sonny Adam in the Open 4k event.
Thanks everyone once again for your support and to Toowong for going the extra mile of effort to produce an excellent course.
