The club has been hosting a QA cross country series event for a number of years at Upper Kedron. In 2022 we moved to a new location (Honeyeater Street Park at the back of Upper Kedron) which offered a new and exciting course for QA clubs to battle it out on. It was also great for spectators.

The race is however a bit unique…..winners receive a jar of honey from a Ashgrove club member when they cross the finish line. We are not sure why we started doing this, but it seems to be a hit. We also think this is a first for any cross country race in Australia if not the world….
