Queensland All School Track & Field Championships 2026

51 athletes from Ashgrove Rangers competed in the All Schools Track and Field Championships, which is an excellent turnout. There were numerous strong performances, and we’re proud of every athlete. Congratulations to every athlete who competed, and a big thanks to the coaches, parents and supporters who also travelled to the track.

The medal winners were:

Gold medals for McKayla Grobler (U17 Girls Shot Put); Connor Campbell (U18 Boys 400m Hurdles); Tate Van Camp (U17 Boys 800m and 400m); Justus SA’u (U14 Boys Discus and Shot Put); Cameron Cox (U17 Boys 2k Steeplechase); and Jayden Patten (U14 Boys 800m).

Silver medals for Hayden Lockhart (U17 Boys 100m and Long Jump); Hugo Lockhart (U14 Boys High Jump); McKayla Grobler (U17 Girls Discus); Matthew Heidstra (U18 Boys Pole Vault); Cameron Cox (U17 Boys 3000m); and Liam Griff (U18 Boys 100m).

Bronze medals for Zel Van Loggerenbert (U17 Girls 400m Hurdles); Ollie Van Camp (U15 Boys Javelin); Jasper Chin Moody (U17 Boys 400m Hurdles); Ethan Bird (U18 Boys 800m); Sean Hyams (U14 Boys 1500m); William Law (U16 Boys 2k Steeplechase); Axle Pratten (U17 Boys 2k Steeplechase); and Cameron Cox (U17 Boys 1500m).
