People are allocated different start times with the objective being that everybody in the race finishes at about the same time.  If you are a regular Flying 4 runner\, we have a record of your race times and so your start time is already calculated.  If you are new to Flying 4\, please come with an idea of how quickly you would normally run your race distance.
