Wednesday:

6:40pm 8.4km easy run Walton Bridge, The Gap

4:50pm – University of Queensland hill session

Thursday:

5:45 – 7:00pm: The Gap State High School

Friday:

Saturday:

7:00 am: Ashgrove Parkrun, Ashgrove Sports Ground, Yoku Road, Ashgrove

8:30 – 9:30am: Circuit training, University of Queensland Track, 200m mark

Sunday:

6.30am Easy Trail Run – Banks St Reserve
