he Brisbane Cross Country Series is a 7-meet series organised by QA clubs at various parks across Brisbane. Race 6 of the series is being held on Saturday 9th June at Sherwood Arboretum and is organised by intraining Running & Triathlon Club. Queensland Athletics extends an invitation to all Schools, QA Clubs and Qrun Groups to participate in the 2018 Queensland Cross Country Relay Championships on Saturday 16 June at Nudgee College, Boondall. Open to all ages from Under 8 through to Masters. The Brisbane Cross Country Series is a 7-meet series organised by QA clubs at various parks across Brisbane. Race 7, the final of the series, is being held on Saturday 23rd June at Minnippi Parklands, Tingalpa, and is organised by Thompson Estate Eastern Suburbs Athletics Club. This meet also doubles as the annual Brown-Bonwick Memorial event, conducted by Thompson Estate Athletics Club, with a traditional 6000m handicap race included on the program. Queensland Athletics extends an invitation to all distance runners to participate in the 2018 Queensland Cross Country Championships on Saturday 4th August. After a successful events over the last two years, the Championships will again be staged at the excellent cross country course at the Maleny Golf Club. Maleny is a small, scenic town 90km north of Brisbane, overlooking the Sunshine Coast hinterland.
