5:30pm: University of Queensland

  • Distance Training: UQ Hill Circuit

Saturday:

7am: Ashgrove Sports Ground, Yoku Road, Ashgrove

  • Ashgrove Parkrun

8:30 – 9:30am: University of Queensland Track Grandstand

  • Stretch and Circuit Session

Sunday (Non-Flying Four Weekends Only):

Ashgrove Sports Ground, Yoku Road, Ashgrove

  • 7am: Long Run (15-17kms)
  • 8am: Social Run (Easy 8kms)
